Ordering on our website is really easy. Search our store and add any items to your cart. Once you have finished shopping you can proceed to check out. You are able to quickly check out as a guest or create an account with us for next time you visit. During check out, please ensure all delivery details are correct.
If you would prefer to pick up your order a Western Australian address must be entered for this option to be used. Once all your details are correct you are then able to pay securely using your credit card or PayPal.
Delivery of your order
Shipping of your order will be via a selected courier service, with shipping charged at the market rate. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery of your order from date of dispatch from our warehouse. Special order products and products that are back ordered may take between 7-14 business days to be received at our warehouse prior to dispatch.
Local Perth Delivery: Please enter your delivery address at checkout to activate your discounted local delivery rate. Perth Metro Customers have the option of in store pickup, an email notification will be sent once your order is ready for collection.
Transit times may vary, depending on your location. Your order will be dispatched from our Fremantle location in Western Australia.
Generally to major areas of Australia your package will arrive one to ten business days after dispatch depending on weight and service used. If your package is oddly shaped or exceeds 5kg, please allow a few extra days . Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking number via email to track your shipment.
On occasion you may place an order and at the point of fulfilment that item may be out of stock. In the event of this occurring you will receive an email requesting your preference for a refund or to await delivery. If an item is marked as “back order only” this item requires ordering in to our warehouse prior to dispatch for your order to be fulfilled.
We do not accept returns on orders for a change of mind. We will however, gladly accept a return of an item if it is broken (contact must be made within 3 days of delivery), does not do what it is intended to do, faulty or falsely advertised.
Please contact us by responding to your order email confirmation to assist. Please be aware that responses by email will be more expeditiously answered as we are not open 5 days a week.
